1. Expansion to new regions

Spotable now supports not only Flanders but also Brussels, Wallonia, and the Netherlands.👉 Simply search for an address in any of these regions and start a project request as usual.

2. Multiple structures per plot

You can now select multiple buildings on a single plot:

• Main building
• Outbuildings such as garden sheds, hangars, additional dwellings, etc.

How it works:

1. Search for the address in the search bar.
2. Select one or more buildings you want to model.
3. Click on "Create Request." Note: You can always add extra buildings later via "Update Request."

3. Improved search bar

The search bar now displays your recently searched locations, allowing you to resume work faster without re-entering addresses.

4. Enhanced 3D viewer

• Buildings highlight when you hover over them with your mouse.
• Click on a building to zoom in and view specific details.
• Easily switch between buildings from the overview list or directly within the 3D viewer.
• Toggle the visibility of roof areas and upstands with a single click.

5. Selecting areas for quotes

Just like before, you can use the 3D viewer within a request to select roof planes and edges to include in your quote. This functionality now works seamlessly across multiple buildings within the same project.
