Spotable is the AI platform for roofing and façade contractors. We help them measure buildings in 3D within minutes generate accurate quantities and create quotations that win. Contractors using Spotable reduce site visits eliminate manual admin and close deals faster.

Customer Success sits at the center of our growth model. When contractors adopt Spotable and integrate it into their sales cycle they stay for years. When they only test and never activate they churn. Your job is to make sure contractors become power users with real commercial impact.

What you will do

  • You own the customer journey from signed to successful and expandable
  • You run structured onboarding calls for new contractors and make sure their first projects succeed
  • You drive product adoption by teaching workflows pricing logic material take offs and platform shortcuts
  • You track customer health usage retention and success metrics and proactively reach out when risk appears
  • You turn reactive support questions into proactive improvements using data and feedback
  • You manage success playbooks for different customer types roofers façade contractors distributors and resellers
  • You maintain relationships with key accounts and make sure they expand seats usage and product modules over time
  • You work closely with sales on handovers and upsell opportunities and with product on feedback and priorities
  • You run support channels live chat email phone and product documentation
  • You create quick guides short videos troubleshooting flows and FAQ pages to make contractors self sufficient
  • You become the ambassador of the customer voice inside Spotable

Who you probably are

  • You already worked in Customer Success onboarding support training or account management ideally in SaaS or a practical tech environment
  • You are energized by helping customers win not just solving tickets
  • You understand what makes a user truly adopt a product which is different from just signing up
  • You can diagnose usage problems and unblock the customer with training workflow adjustments or product guidance
  • You track retention activation seat expansion and product usage because you know Customer Success is data driven
  • You are structured responsive and good at keeping multiple customer threads moving at once
  • You are patient and calm with contractors who are busy on job sites but you can also drive them toward clear next steps
  • You speak Dutch, English and French  at a professional level and German is a plus
  • You learn new software fast and can explain it simply to someone who does not consider themselves technical

A typical week might include

Onboarding ten new contractors and helping them finish their first project in Spotable

Teaching a façade contractor how to price insulation and cladding quantities

Analyzing usage data and seeing that three companies dropped activity so you call them and recover adoption

Preparing success playbooks for new distributor pilot customers

Working with product because five contractors requested improvements in the same workflow

Recording a two minute video on how to export take offs because it is faster than writing a page of text
