Spotable is a fast-growing AI-driven SaaS platform for roofing companies, façade specialists, manufacturers and distributors of building materials, and other contractors in the construction industry. Simply enter an address and Spotable automatically generates an accurate 3D model of the roof or façade, calculates surface areas, and prepares a professional quote in just minutes.
We help contractors reduce calculation errors, create and send quotes faster, and ultimately grow their business operations. More than 100 roofing and façade companies across Belgium, the Netherlands, and France already work with Spotable. And we’re only getting started.
The role
As a Product Marketer, you are the bridge between our product and the market. You ensure the right message reaches the right people at the right time. You work closely with the Product Manager, Business Developer, and marketing team to translate the go-to-market strategy into powerful campaigns, clear positioning, and impactful content.
This is not a traditional marketing role. You think strategically, but you’re also hands-on. You understand the product in detail and know how to tell its story to a broad audience — from construction professionals to C-level executives. You understand their challenges and know how to communicate the value clearly, whether you’re writing a LinkedIn post, a sales pitch, or a product page.
As Spotable expands internationally, with a strong focus on the US market, you will play a key role in adapting our positioning, messaging, and go-to-market approach to new customer behaviours, buyer expectations, and market dynamics.
What you’ll do
Positioning and messaging
- Develop and refine Spotable’s value proposition and positioning for different target audiences and market segments.
- Create and maintain compelling messaging frameworks that are consistently applied across all channels.
- Translate complex product functionalities into clear, customer-focused benefits.
Go-to-Market execution
- Plan and coordinate product launches in close collaboration with the Product Manager and Business Developer.
- Develop GTM plans for new features, market segments, and new geographic markets.
- Define ideal customer profiles (ICP) and buyer personas based on qualitative and quantitative insights.
Content and enablement
- Create sales enablement materials: one-pagers, pitch decks, case studies, battle cards, and FAQs.
- Write and edit content for the website, blog, email flows, and social media.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team on demand generation campaigns and content marketing.
Market and customer Insights
- Conduct ongoing competitive analyses and closely monitor market developments.
- Gather customer insights through interviews, surveys, and data analysis to inform strategy.
- Clearly communicate insights to internal stakeholders and use them to help guide priorities.
Who you are
- You have at least 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. Any domain expertise in the construction sector is a strong plus.
- You have experience with the US market and understand American buyer behaviour, purchasing culture, and go-to-market dynamics. Experience within the construction industry is a major advantage.
- You understand the nuances of positioning and selling products internationally, as Spotable is expanding into the United States.
- You combine strategic thinking with a strong hands-on mentality.
- You are an excellent writer and communicator in both Dutch and English.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and can quickly adjust priorities.
- You have experience collaborating across teams (product, sales, marketing).
- You are data-minded: you make decisions based on insights, not gut feeling alone.
- Bonus: experience with tools such as HubSpot, Notion, Figma or similar SaaS tools.
