Simply enter an address and Spotable automatically generates an accurate 3D model of the roof or façade, calculates surface areas, and prepares a professional quote in just minutes.
We help contractors reduce calculation errors, create and send quotes faster, and ultimately grow their business operations. More than 100 roofing and façade companies across Belgium, the Netherlands, and France already work with Spotable. And we’re only getting started.
The role
As a Digital Marketing Automation Manager, you own and optimise Spotable’s marketing automation ecosystem. You build scalable lead generation and nurturing flows, improve customer journeys and ensure our marketing and sales processes work seamlessly together.
Linkedin Sales Navigator and HubSpot are at the core of our commercial operations, so we’re looking for someone who knows these platforms inside and out: from workflows and reporting to CRM architecture, integrations, lifecycle management and campaign automation.
You’ll work closely with the sales and product teams to help Spotable grow efficiently across multiple European markets and the United States.
What you’ll do
Marketing automation and LinkedIn Sales Navigator + HubSpot management
- Own and manage the entire LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot ecosystem across marketing, sales and CRM operations
- Build and optimize workflows, lead nurturing sequences, automated campaigns and lifecycle stages
- Create dashboards, reporting systems and attribution models to track marketing and sales performance
- Maintain CRM data quality, segmentation, interaction and automation logic
- Set up and manage integrations between LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot and other business tools
Lead generation and campaign optimization
- Develop and optimize inbound marketing funnels
- Create and manage landing pages, forms, CTAs, and email campaigns
- Analyze conversion performance and continuously improve campaigns based on data
- Support paid advertising campaigns with automation and lead routing
- Collaborate with content and sales teams to improve lead qualification and conversion
Process and growth operations, together with the COO
- Help improve alignment between marketing, sales, product and customer success processes
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive workflows and internal operations
- Support CRM onboarding, documentation and best practices across the team
- Help define scalable growth processes as Spotable expands internationally
Who you are
- You have strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot and know these platforms inside and out
- You have experience in marketing automation, CRM management, growth marketing or revenue operations
- You’re highly analytical and comfortable working with data, reporting and performance metrics
- You understand customer journeys and know how to build effective lead nurturing flows
- You’re proactive, detail-oriented and enjoy optimizing systems and processes
- You can work independently in a fast-growing startup environment
- Experience with B2B SaaS is a strong plus
- Familiarity with integrations, APIs, low or no-code automation tools is a bonus
